EVERYTHING! That's the PROBLEM!

I was DREAMING about this falafel you could get in an awesomely dated pizza joint across from Beneficent church in downtown Providence. It had that orange and faux woodgrain laminate direct ordered from the 1970s franchise catalog and they never, EVER put too many peppercini in one spot.

to DIE for.

I've had way better meals and if I found out I was going to die this week I'd probably eat nothing but green onion paratha (which is like a flaky fried naan) but few things can compel you to slog through unending sleet.

this falafel was one of them.

my favorite vegetarian meal though, hands down... would have to be bruschetta.

rough chop 4 roma tomatoes, one bulb of garlic and an entire basil plant. drizzle olive oil and salt and let sit while you slice and toast a hearty bread. consume until your liver visibly shifts place to accommodate your stomach; then slurp the leftover juice out of the bowl.

it's the only way to do it.
